Developing the practice standard of effectiveness and efficiency for the organization



1)      Executing the effective and value-adding internal auditing for the functions of the OIC.

2)      Consulting to the OIC’s executive to improve the risk management effectiveness, internal control and good governance/or regulatory practice.

3)      Strengthening the awareness of the risk as well as providing advice to the executive to improve the OIC performance.



To assist and support the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) in accomplishing its goals by ensuring and independently and impartially advising on value adding and improving its efficient performance.  It will apply procedures and systematic methodology in assessing and upgrading the risk management effectiveness, internal management and the good governance/or regulatory practice of the organization
